‘Cassowary’ is the second artwork by the innovative Indigenous artist Beau Pennefather Motlop to be released through the edmradyo store.
Beau’s heritage includes Aboriginal from the Jirrabal tribe of the surrounding Cairns region, Torres Strait Islander from the Wagedoegam tribe of Mabuiag Island, as well as the Npgaphui from New Zealand. It’s this rich and varied cultural influence which gives all of Beau’s work its signature style.
